Omg Debbie tha's terrible. I agree with all that has been said already. The nursery should have told you straight away & the Melissa hitting her back won't solve it. You need to have a chat with the girls mum or ask for teachers to arrange for the three of you to sit & discuss what is happening & where to go next. Don't be put off sending melissa to school just reassure her as much as you can. It's in no way your fault. Im sending all the love hugs & kisses in the world to you both.
