I got it quite bad with my first, not so much with my second and dont think I had it at all with the third. It feels pretty bad, but the only thing I am able to suggest is to speak to your health visitor or GP, they can give you some tips and tell you if it is just the baby blues or something a bit more serious. When Ive had it i found that with plenty of rest when you can, eat regularly and try to go out for a bit of fresh air and it soon passes. Hope this helps and wish you the best of luckx
