haha had the cd on the whole time, helped with evrythihg!! haha, i had my dad uptop helping me control my sick, my mum down belowe doing whatever u od down there , and my lovely boyfreind, god help him , didnt lyk to see me be sick, or what was going on fown belolwe, so was allover but needed him alll the way!! everything was fine, i was 7 hours in labour, 20 min pushing!! but the wrost was i hemiraged after and everythign went shite, and i dont remeber much of it untill ten at night!! ***
