there has been a recent study which has said that the age for legal responsibility should be changed from 10 to 18!!! is it just me that thinks this is crazy, kids would be running riot knowing nothing can be done! and if a chil,d can have sex at 16 and legally have babies surely they should be responsible for their own actions!! sorry about the political topic but i think its ludicrous!!!
