belive it or not im going to happy family classes they told us to ingore the bad behavior only if the child is in no danger. lots of praise for the good behavior the child knows how you are going to be with them we respond the wrong way around when they are naughty they get our full att when they are good not so much we leave them to go do washing up and stuff so child feels they are ingored when they are good the site they do as well called healthvisitory.com lots of helpfull things in there good luck
