no we havent used anything. i was on birth control for years an had just stoped in august and i had forgot how bad my periods are with out it. I dnt kno what to do. I have such horrible cramps an my blood clots are huge...ive never seen them this big... i went to the dr.s. an they said its normal an not to worry |
