cook potatoes in oven on 200 degrees for one hour.when cooked take out and cut potatoes in half.scoop out potato filling into a bowl and be careful not to break skins. when potato filling is in bowl add a little butter and mix together, get some ham and cheese, cut the ham and place a little in side the skin add a little cheese on top of ham and put back in the potatoes on top of the cheese and ham once the potatoes is back in the skin.put more cheese on top and put back in the oven for 15 min or until cheese goes golden brown. yummy um
