this does sound a bit of a hard situation,why are your partner and his ex wife not sharing the kids?why have you guys got them all the time?if u ask me,his ex wife should take them for at least half of the week too,i mean,i know she must have got a shock when she found out about her man but she still has a responsibility to look after her kids too.would u stay with your partner if the kids were only there half the time?if so ,u should talk to him and tell him that this is what u want.x
