Default Home swaps

Homeswapping is one of the most stressful things I have ever tried to do... I have had an offer which was offered to me six months ago... we agreed to go ahead with it. We are still waiting on the councils to pull their fingers out.
We have 42 days to get it all sorted... what truly annoys me is when you go to the housing officer they say she has her day off today... brilliant fine no problem, but she is on a job share... when she is off so is her bloody job share colleague... am I wrong in believing that the idea here is when one is off the other is on?
She was off for nearly two weeks which meant that nothing could move until she came back, by this time the woman I swapped with had had a miscarriage and her council were telling mine that if things did not move then they would cancell the swap and we would have to re-apply.
I went and told the officer that if my homeswap falls through I will sue the council for damages as my daughter it being mentally affected by my neighbours. I have a psychological report which says so which I took and showed them
I have since found out though that alot of people trying to move out of leicester have the same problem, you can get into leicester but I'll be buggared if you can get out without a damn good fight.

No body move to leicester... you will be stuck here and the people here are the worst I have met in years. I have travelled all over the country with my farming... I met a hell of a lot of townies and country people... Leicester is the pits
