I had swollen feet, but not as bad as yours sounds, as it didnt really bother me too much, just had to wear my slippers alot. If I was you I would give your midwife a quick ring and see what she says, you are very close to the end now and your blood pressure can go up alot, and sometimes swollen feet, ankles and fingers can be a sign of that, it may be nothing, but its best to be told not to worry by someone who definately knows that worry.
