john is getting a £500 bonus just before Christmas, and as he doesnt know what to get me (im not awkward to buy for, i just dont want clothes with my weight being like a yoyo at the mo) he wants to pay the remainder of my bank loan with his bonus, as my christmas pressie!!

i mean i appreciate the generous offer, i really do, but thats my mess and its finished next year anyway. bless him, i love him. but he earnt that, so im not goin to take it.

i understand what you mean, i dont think i would take it, as long as you are ok with the repayments and stuff you both may aswell enjoy that £500 in another way

like a nice weekend away or something like that iykwim

yeah, he can buy stuff for himself out of that. he could do with some new stuff im ok for the repayments

but i get why hes offered, but i wont take it x

why not tell him to spend it on something for all of you like take you and the kids somewhere nice for a weekend away? x

i think the weekend away sounds nice, fair enough if u were struggling with the repayments he could pay it off, but if ure comfortable with that, treat ureselves!!!!

thanks for the advice. as it happens, im not suppose to know, he has arranged with my brother to have the kids overnight just so we can go away. itl be after christmas cuz thats our anniversary of when we first got to together

awww thats great, and soooo sweet, lee's not romantic like that lol, no suprises!!!!

bet it will b sooo nice 2 have some time away without the kids, even tho u will miss them like crazy, its nice 2 ave some alone time!. x x x
