2 step kids ( trying for my own )

Ive got 2 stepkids. An 11 year old girl and a 7 year old boy. I havent met them yet as they dont live close and there have been some dramas with their mum.

They are arriving on the 20th of this month and Im terrified! :shock:

I know they are only kids

but I never expected to be a wicked stepmother at 22.

Any advice?

dont be scared the best thing my husband did was to be their friend and got them involved in day to day things.they now think the world of him and get on great,be advised if there mum is making things hard you may find it might take that little bit longer.good luck im sure you will make a great step mum and friend to both of them

Thanks for your advice! Im a nervous wreck but when they finally get here Im sure Ill be fine. Their mum is ok now it was just a bit crazy there for a while LOL.
