I Dnt Kno, I'd Fine It Really Embarrassing, Especially As I'd Probably Be The Youngest There & Theres This Stigma Around Young Mums That Really Annoys Me, So Being Around Older Women Is Probably Not Such A Good Idea. |

hello and welcoem to mums room!! try not to get urself too worried bout giving birth...coz as my mum used to say...baby's gotta come out and no matter how much u worry that aint gonna change..LOL and if im honest weneva she said it i cud have screamed at her...hahaha.... u'l b fine tho!! advice i can give is do exactly as midwife says!!! she knows wots best so no matter how much it hurts and how much u wanna do the opposite... do as she say!! also as for breathing... do big deep slow breathes.... i got thru 2of my births with just gas and air.... it was painful to say the least but at least i was in control!! :-)x
any more questions etc...we'r all here!!
