yup! didnt even have like a quarter of what i had for with alfie, and when i was doing it i didnt want to use it cause i was saving it for when it got really bad, but she told me i wouldnt need another and then i started using it properly lol think i only used it for 10/15mins

yea it was "nice and easy" if i can say that untill my waters broke then the contractions were painful!!

edit: to be honest i think i could do it without gas and air but i wouldnt want to lmao
