with my little girl i started minor labour at half nine thurs day morning, 20th may. my waters began to break at 10am... i sat at home for a while but then my contractions started to get closer togeva so i woke up my hubby and went to my mums!! at one friday morning my contractions were only few mins apart and strong so i went into hospital!!! i hadnt even dilated a cm!!!! it weren until 5 in the evening that i started to push and she didnt show until 7.26pm!!! 2and half hours pushing!! i was knackered!! it was even worse with my boy!! i started sunday 7th aug at 8:00pm... he didnt turn up til 11:22am on tues 9th aug!! he took 2 and half hours to push out too!!! and they told me it'd be easier 2nd time round... yeah right!!
but one thing i was really lucky with is that i done it natural both times, and didnt tear or need stitches!! so maybe taking a bit longer stopped that from happening!!!
