Ella-Jade's birth story

My waters broke at home on the 16th May at 11.30pm didnt get to the hospital till about 12.30 and my contractions were every 2mins midwife checked me and i asked how may centimetres dilated i was and she said i was fully dilated and the head was there. The contractions got stronger and i started pushing at 12.45 ella-jade was born at 1.07am on the 17th May she was also born in the assessment room i had no gas and air and i came home at 8.30 that morning.

Yeah everything was fine i didnt have any stitches and i was down the school picking up my other daughter the day after.

my goodness!! ur so lucky.. i hope my 3rd one goes as easy as urs...

how was ur other2 births!!!

My first was two weeks late so i was induced and i was in labour for 6hours and stayed in hospital for 2 days.
My second was born on her due date and i was in labour 1hour and i came home that day with her. So i have been really lucky with by births and they do say the third is the quickest and mine definately was lol

oh ur so lucky!!! im so jealous!!! mine were 36 and 39 hours!!! wit 2and half hours pushing!!!!!!! for some reason i cant feel the contractions properly.. or they just dont last long enough!!! my midwife has said that this time round they can inject me wit something that will make my contractions stronger!! so fingers crossed!!

Gosh....You we're lucky, no tearing or pain relief free labour lol!

My two we're 20 hours and 2 hours....it was easier with the second i think lol
