I was due on the 12th April this year....I was sat at home all normal admiring my grandmothers presents she'd dropped off ready for when the baby was born when suddenly i had a large pain in the pit of my stomach, it only lasted a few seconds before it went away, I knew it was probably labour pains because my mothers a Midwife so i told her and she said we should go to hospital. Anyway of course we got to the hospital and they sent me away again because they said that the contractions weren't strong enough and i'd only dialated 1cm...No way near enough, so i went home...took a bath and got ready for bed when suddenly another large pain lasting at least a minute comes along...That hurt alot so off we went again....Of course this time they didn't send me away as i'd dialated 3cm from that one pain lol!.....So they gave me a bed and a few painkillers and told me to breath.
And eventually i'd dialated at least 5/6cm and they told me i was ready to deliver....I got an epidural...Which felt like someone standing on you and pins and needles.....And eventually out popped Keegan Andrew on the 12th April at 9:06PM....He weighed 7lb and 8.05oz....But worth the pain.
I'd do it again but when i'm a tiny bit older lol!
