i think id choose against one purely becasue ive had pnd since the birth of my daughter, i was told that i could get it worse after no.2 is here and also ive heard many times that you are more likely to get pnd after a c-section.
the other thing thats put me off is that ive got strong feelings about breast feeding longer this time round and im worried the after effects of a c-setion could prevent this happening for me.

not that im negative or anything!!! lol

I had to have one and all the way though pregnancy I was scared as Jake is my first I was told I needed the section for safety of me and Jake, so I agreed for the sake of both of us, I do feel as if I have missed out on what happens in a normal delivery but to me Jake safety was more important, I hated it after because I could not do anything not even move around and you have to be so careful for the first 12 weeks after, dont get me wrong the section went okay and I did not feel a thing, and If I had to do it again I would.
