How do you get the ribbon?

Anyway I'am adding my ribbon just not sure how to do it. Please who ever has got you please return this beautiful little girl back home now!!!!

Hi mamabear, right click the yellow ribbon above, click
"save as" save it to your computer, then when you add a reply to here, click "browse" then select your image then click "add attachment" then click "submit" it should then work for you
