Anyway, back to the subject at hand..........I don't unplug anything and nor does Dave. I switch the dishwasher off at the plug but only because Henry has it running all day every day otherwise!
I have a bit of a bad habit for going out and leaving all the windows and doors open! Dave goes absolutlely mental if he comes home before me as his tv is his pride and joy and he reckons someone will just walk in and nick it! Can't see a 42" lcd fitting under somebody's arm myself but there you go!

u mite wanna watch out there debi as some1 cycled of wit one on the bill!!! i always switch things off at the mains!!! but so does james!!

I just think if someone wants it, I'd rather not have to replace any doors and windows as well as the tv, they might as well just walk in and get it! I can't be bothered with any of that. Although I am a little more aware now that we don't have a massive great rotti guarding our house!

My husbands ex girlfriend was a sod for leaving the house unlocked. the one day he came home to find the house unlocked & she wasn't in. His mate came & helped stu hide tv etc in his & his mates car then he messed the house up. He then went & hid until she came home & thought she'd been burgled!!! She never did it again.

i switch ketle of on the wall, and when i finish with things i always turn the switch of, but i dont remove plugs!!
