Ah that must be hard, are they brother and sister? India is quite mildly affected but i have a nephew who is almost 15 badly affected,we have a lot of sleep problems with india which we have been offered melatonin for,she had sleep apnoeas 12 times a night til she had her tonsils and adenoids out last year,so she hasnt been able to have any meds until they were certain the apnoeas had stopped.

yes they are brother & sister my nephew is very aggressive with his & my niece is very daydreamer it is hard & things were made worse for them 2 years ago on valentines day when my brother (their dad) committed sucide but the medication has worked well but my niece still wont sleep in her own room shes 11 years old & my nephew goes to a boarding school that deals with his behaviour.

aw hun how tragic im sorry to hear you lost your brother,my nephew was very aggressive but he seemed to grow out of it,but it seems to be appearing again,he was excluded from school yesterday after having to be restained and telling a teacher to F**k off,Girls generally are not as badly affected,we have problems with obsessions and routines, very literal, doesnt get sarcasm or idioisms, does your SIL get much help with your niece?
