BAD DAY

i hope you wont mind me moaning but this morning i had a mega bad time. i got dressed to go out, and just felt FAT. my new bras made me look flat chested(aint got much there anyway). i looked in the mirror and felt UGLY. i felt nobody wanted to love me or even know me.i sat and creid,ant wanted to give me a cuddle but i wouldnt let him.the thing is i hate the way i am, im over weight and have hirsutisum. nobody really knows how that makes me feel ,but everyone says i know how you feel. well when i pulled myself together i decided ive really got to change my ways. my life style and the way i live. its gonna be hard as i dont have the will to do it but im really gonna try. sorry to go on . lol

one, i don't know how you feel, and nobody else does they are not you, but chear up hunny you're beautiful in your own way, and sure ant loves you and we all love you, and soon you'll have a little boy or girl who's going to love their mummy so much, stay positive hun ***xx

Its horrid when you feel like that, i only have one mirror in the house and i hate it, but my daughter insists on it, i have gone up a dress size and a half, and hated this summer knowing that i looked horrid in everything i tryed on, i would put a baggy t-shirt on and jeans, and then go out and be to hot and snappy, even with the kids, i have decided that its time to make a change in my life and start to go out more, because at the min i dont, hate what i have to put on and the thought of people seeing me,

Now i have decided to do my slimming world and to start to at least make the effort to go back to the gym i joined before the kids were off, i have no will power at the min, but i just keep looking in the long mirror i have and look at me and see the person i no longer want to be, and that makes me do it, it is hard but it will be worth it in the end.

I am here if you need someone to chat to and we could help eachother get to the goal we need, if you would like i can give you my msn email and then if you feel low about something or need the kick up the bottom then i am there, and the same for me, hope this helps you,,

Ohh hun I think we all have those days. Your not ugly at all hun so you can get that right out ya head.

I am fat and I know it but in saying that I am very happy the way I am. Sure I wouldnt mind loosing a bit of weight but I aint going to stress myself over it. I am how I am so I see it as take it or leave it. Beauty comes with in!!!
