Hi everyone,
Perhaps we should have a beauty tips bit!
I used to be a beauty therapist, and can give you lots of tips and advice.
No-one should EVER use soap on their face!!!! It's bad bad bad!
Facial washes aren't an awful lot better, so here goes:
You should use a cleanser, toner and moisturiser twice a day. (yes it really does work!) Ideally, and only if you can afford it, you should go for something like clarins or dermalogica. If you're looking for a good supermarket brand, then I would say simple are probably your best bet as they have the least amount of junk in it!
You should exfoliate your skin:
A) Dry skin - once every two weeks
B) Oily/combination skin - once every 8 days or so
If you have oily skin and are prone to spots, don't use anything on your face that could dry it out (this includes soap, rough face washes etc.)
if you have dry skin, invest in the best moisturiser you can find!
Getting tired now, so if anyone wants any more info, let me know as I'm probably off to bed in a bit!
