child sex register

hi all im trying to find a website where i can see the people in my area who are on the sex offenders register as a bloke who has previously been acused of sexual abuse on a child has started seeing my mum and she has 4 young boys der but she seems to think it was all romours i have told her to check it out but shes to intrested in herself rather than d safety of my brothers!! is der anyway of finding out wether hes on the register?
also if i wanted a ceck done on him wud i have 2 contact the social services or sumut?

You could try the social services then they could ask for a child protection officer to do a police check on him. however they may be awkward about it

Hi, unfortunately this info ismt available to the general public, if you work in certain jobs like teachers etc your generally privvy to the info, otherwise the SS will just start an investigation as you would have to tell them that you are 'concerned' and then that will be it, your brothers would likely end up on the 'At Risk' register.... theyre b******s like that!

Sounds about right Koala....
We have just had the CBII drag the ss back on us because my children are thin.... they claim they are malnurished... do they never look at records? My kids have had every test going to check their systems...and they are genetically thin...

hi there.. ive only come across this post.. but I have to say tht no one will give u ne information is it is aganist the law and the ppl on the register have rights apprently WOT A CROCK OF SHITE!! I say .. if yr kids or ne one elses are under threat then we shld all be allowed to no ...

I no this becos there is a man who lives in our street and there are some very vulgar things he shouts about doin things to boys etc.. I wont go into it but u can guess.. ne ways we all went to the local community police and they said he has rights ... therefore we cant say whether he is on the sex offenders list or not...

I wld try and ask around about him hun and see wot happens but keep a close eye on yr brothers and ask them to tell u if ne thing happens

i know you can check out a register of wanted perverts, but there are only usually about 3/4 on there. its not much good at all. its so sad that they are not listed for public viewing,they done the crime ,the public should be able to know where they are now. i know a perv who lives in droitwich,it makes me so sick as he struts his stuff round the town talking to all the young girls and boys may i add. i know hes a perv as i was a victim of his.hes had his windows put through,his flat was fire bombed,hes been in prison for what he does.and hes still able to walk round the town. the school bus drops kids as young as 9 off by his house. this animal has even been caught flashing. if i see him in town i go cold,im to scared to walk past the animal, i have to cross the road.
