well ladies im soz to put this post on but im on a good and proper down day today. all i wanna do i sit and cry, but i know if i do i wont be able to stop. my doc has put me on anti ds and hes getting me counciling, but its just the waiting. i know this will sound stupid but i just wish i could walk and keep going until i fall off the end of the world!!!!! god i am so down when will it lift and go away. soz 4 goin on ladies but you are the only ones i can talk to.

ohh hun, you talk to us as much as you need to. send me mail if it makes you feel better! i had depression when i was only young, and i feel our diabetes gets us down wich causeseven more depression.
hope you feel better soon, and keep ya chin up! remember if you need some1 to talk to, we are here!!

aww Clare hun u are not alone and u can talk to ne one of us here we dont mind... depression is a ugly think I shld no cos I suffer with it as well and ma currently on Fluxotine which is same as prozac... I am goin back to my doctor today to see him cos Im, so tired all time and feel like cryin as well but its worse when I due me period etc

cheers hun. i think its all the probs with the gynae side, im just not gettin anywhere,its a dead end. i know i need to loose the weight but i just aint got the stamina,i really need to get my head in to gear.i need shouting at so i can get it in to my head that losing weight will help me. if anyone wants to shout then go a head i dont mind it will help.

you will feel alot better hun if you loose the weight. b4 i started to diet i was getn loads of chest pains etc and thought i was going to have a heart attack. im still big now but i have lost alot since i started. wish you lived near me then we could loose the weight 2getha as i know what its like to have diabetes. i feel that people who aint got diabetes, think its easy to looe weight, but it aint. it aint as easy to just get up and go on a bike ride, coss then u get faint and need summit to eat. diabetes aint nice, and i feel for you hun. xx

i cut my insulin down loads, but find im alot more hungery now. im also binge eating for comfort.its got to the stage were my doc has offered me a stomach band, i dont class myself as huge im 17 stone, i know ppl who are 20 + stone. im not going down the surgery line just to loose weight, it aint worth the pain and scars. if u have any tips let me know please.

yeah i know wot u mean. i wouldent go down the surgeory line to loose my fat!!

ask your doc to perscribe you some "Xenical" they are a fat blocker tablet and if u abuse them while your taking them, ie, eat fatty foods, you will need a number 2 quite a bit lol. they are a good tablet and its what the doc would perscribe a diabetic who wants to loose weight!!

could try that?

well today is going ok at the mo, ants not to good today he tries so hard to beat his illness bless him. i really worry about him which dont help me. i just wish the doc could help him out a bit. still neva mind we will get there.

hey bear what about comming round 2 mine and helping me out with my xercises on the air walker 1 of us can b doing the walking while the other is chatting then we swap over!!!!!!!! might help me as well urs a spare tyre that keeps on falling of the sofa while laughing at walrus's on the telly ***

mine dont fall off the sofa thats urs. let us get the car sorted, and we will sort something out.
just to fill everyone in on the conversation........ i was nattering to nutty on the phone last night and there was some walrus on tv so nutty decided to make funny noises down the phone as if she was a walrus.
