phew!!! wot a relief well in a way its not wot I was thinkin it was...
Its all due to stress and hormone balance .. She said it can be caused when period due... I said I aint never had them before ne other periods.. but was talkin to mum and she says she gets like tht sometimes as well and so does me sis.. so I am takin oil of evenin primrose tablets like she said to take to see how it goes xoxoxo
