FEELING OFF!!

I dont no wot it is but ever since I came back from England I have been feelin rather down and wanting to cry all time.. maybe its the fact I was seeing me uncles Grave for the 1st time and seeing the other one for the 1st time in ages..

I just want to stay in bed and not get out of it and when I do fall asleep at nite I am havin awful nitemares and wake with headaches.. ne ideas wot it cld be? cld be the stress of all thts gone on with my ex

I guess it cld be stress altho I do suffer from sinus trouble as well and it can flare up when I am stressed then of course me Ezcema starts arrgghh!!! it never bloody ends in this house haha!!

I have made an appointment with the doc tomorrow as I can no longer put off ne more the pains I have been gettin in my chest well mainly my right breast.... I feel anxious and shaky and there are times I cant breath.. I have been very very stressed lately due to Emma not doin as she is told I think Supernanny mite have to come in...

Everyone has been sayin to me the pains cld be stress or anxiety so im hopin its them and nothin else will keep u all posted
