Default Going back to work on monday

Hey ladies,

I have now come to the end of my maternity leave and am starting a new job on monday. I am dreading leaving Joseph, really don't know if i'm going to be able to do it. I've been in tears for the past few nights. I know my husband understands but he still seems to be getting annoyed with the tears. Anyone got any advice to make this easier? I never realised it would be so hard. It really makes you feel sick.

yep it is necessary. Trust me I wouldn't be doing it if i had to. I wont see hikm from 7.30 until 6.30 its S**T. I hope i like it. My new employer is good and letting me start 2 hours late on my first day so i can have a while to calm down after he's been taken to childminders.

My daughter works and so has to put her daughter in childcare and it was one of the hardest things she had to do. She leaves her at 8.00am and collects her at 4pm.
My daughter cried for days before hand but one of the ways I tried to explain it to her was to look at it from the perspective that she was starting Kaidens education early. She would be around other children and adults and in later life would be a very socialable baby. And to be honest she has come on in leaps and bounds since being in nursery. She is not one yet (almost) and is walking. And although a lot of her talking is babble we are starting to make out distinctive words other than the normal mum mum and da da live hiya and boo from playing hidi boo

well i've now been working for 2 weeks, still very hard but getting easier! Josephs childminder is great. He's getting on really well with her little boy. So far so good! and it was pay day yesterday, that made it seem all that much better lol
