Default Help me please

Can anyone help me please I have a three year old with what we think is irritable bowel syndrome but can anyone help me with what I can give him to eat that hopefully won't upset his tummy. It was his birthday yesterday but he doesn't remember it because he spent the day either being sick or asleep and I am at my wits end I just don't know what to do even the medicine the doc has given him makes him sick. He can't eat yougart or too muck wheat and fibre and no whole grain cereals all the things he likes even choclate upset his tummy so any good ideas will be greatly received ta

Hi Kate
I am sorry you are having so many problems, it's heartbreaking when your child is ill. Have you tried seeing an allergy specialist or nutrtionost that could help you with IBS. I have never heard of it in chidren before. I am seeing a lady who is a alternative medicine and therapist and she is helping me combat heavy periods as i dont have many of them but when i do i get them bad, i have PCOS. She is helping me with diet and nutrtion changes. It is starting to help me, maybe you could find one in your area that could help your son. I know i was at the stage where i was wiulling to try anything!! She has put me on somn tablets and some food supplement stuff that kids can take as well, maybe you could find one that would help your son's IBS. I am a great beleiever in alternatives especially when the convetional stuff is not working. Good luck and let us know how how you are gettig on. in the meantime HUGS TO YOU BOTH.

Love

Karenxx
