Default Help Ruby's in Hospital

Hiya girls well i found out how much Ruby weighed today she weigh's 7lb 7oz.
I only found out because i took her to the hospital, i found a rash on her chest so i phoned the health visitor in a panic she refered me to A&E so i went thinking we would be back home in a few hours but no. She has been kept in apparently she has got a viral infection. Im so gutted and i feel so sorry for her. She had to have a lumber puncter i couldn't go in so her dad did and looked after her. I know that sounds as if i don't care but i do i just couldn't see my baby going through pain her dad was there the whole time (Bless him).
I hope she doesn't have to stay in, Has anyone ever had that problem with there baby if so what happened with yours
I just need some advice on it please
Thanks girls
Love Ann-Marie

thanks girls. Well we went into Children's Ward today and Ruby was sat in a bouncy chair watching CBeebies LOL. The doctors said she defintely does not have Menigitis, they are doing a chest X-ray today to see if she has a Chest infection. But other than that she is doing ok she has picked up abit more today she seems back to her old self.
The doctors said she will be in all weekend though so they can continue with her antibiotics.
I will keep you all updated
Love Ann-Marie
xx
