Unhappy help tiredness and stomach cramping and bad stomachs

Hi can anyone help me Im having really bad stomachs all the time and eeling very tired for the past few days does anyone know what could be wrong with me i recentl have gone back on the pill due to the fact i had to have my coil out im so tired i havent got no energy at all
