well what we where thinking about doing is buying a house and letting this one out, caz this is in a brill location for everything we could get a bit of money for it.

no we r going private, trevs done council, and while we ave got the money he wonts to buy the house he wonts.

right well i loved the house, but trev was un sure, so i dont think we are going for it. but we where looking around on the intrenet last night and we saw 2 house that looked lovley in grimsby, and they where well below our budget and they where what we wonted.

but i think trev is planning to stop here for now and do this house up and then look propperly at a new house

i would like a big house, with big garden, but your lucky to get one of them via council!
