hi! you should get about 70 points or so for 'children in flats' other than that you could be on the 1st floor or the 51st floor, they dont care as someone has to live there! they really are utter b******s!

im afraid to say the council r rubbish!!! have u looked in2 an exchange!!! and i cant remember how old ur son is but if u start to teach him to come down stairs backwards... get him to turn around b4 coming down.. it will take a few goes but this will then prevent some falls!!!

also keep getting on2 ur council!!!! good luck hun!!

yes getting gates fitted right is essential, but by no means think that its just you in this position i know exactly how you feel, only i have another on the way and my two eldest staying over in all the holidays although im on the ground floor i will ave 4 in the one tiny bedroom every summer.... and you cant complain bout windows cuz there answer will always be..... 'theres a scheme to replace all the windows in your area!' ..... anyone else had that one

We get that excuse alot here in leicester.... we went to the MP and complained... he came and looked at our windows as they had been broken for 6 months... he sent message to the house of commons and yesterday we had the windows fixed at last
go to your MP and lay it on thick
