I Have A Job!!!

Well after looking for work for nearly a year now and having no NIN (National Insurance Number) I finally have both. lol I had been for a NIN some time last year and they said I couldnt have one as I had no form of showing them I had been looking for work. Few weeks ago I went back again with forms showing I have been looking for work. My NIN card came in the post on Friday 24th of August. I was well buzzing. I had been for loads of interveiw's for loads of jobs such as Game, KFC, US Airways Bilingual Representative (taking phone calls in Portugese and then booking flights in English) and many more and all of them was like you havent got the job because you have no NIN. Well yesterday morning I wake up and there is a message on my phone from KFC saying there is postions going if I am interested. I was like too right.. nothing stopping me now I have NIN now. So I went down last night to KFC at 4.15pm they ordered my uniform and they will ring me for training. I know its not the best of jobs but its something for now until I find something else. We really need the money so I cant be too fussy job wise. So I am well happy now... hopefuly things now will get easy for us money wise.

Phoenix has tried for two years here in leicester to get a jopb and cannot get one.. he is not experienced enough, yet no one will take him on to give him experience... my interview last week I did not get the job, the woman who interviewd me knew Melissa and had heard the pregnancy rumour.... so her excuse was that she couldnot take a pregnant woman on as it was a long term contract. Work here in leicester is dire... we are coming to where you are....lol

Thanks everyone. I am well please. Was starting to think all sorts and getting really down and in a runt with myself. Try having a look for work before Christmas... I know they take people on at that time of year coz it busy. I mean maybe working at Tesco like stacking items or something. There isnt much going around here... but 2/3 months before Christmas there will be deffo.

Well tonight while having my dinner next door I got a phone call from KFC saying for me to go in Thursday night at 5pm to start my training. I am going to ring them tomorrow and let them know I can go. So I cant wait... going to start working now. WooHoo
