On the news this morning it said that ice cream has been linked to helping with conception. Wow!! i wish i knew that when i had my children, full fat food thats very enjoyable and a valued reason for eating it. you don't hear that everyday ! Then again, it might be a blessing that i didn't know i'd have been in maternity clothes before becoming pregnant

very sensible !! i can eat as much as i like my hubby had a vasectomy after our daughter was born
