well dun c.a.callum!!!! well proud of ya!! i know that it is sooo hard and for someone to have smoked aslong as you then it is a great achievement!!! i still avent but im definately guna try that book you mentioned and hopefully it will work aswell... just need the time to read it!!! ***

well im now on my 2nd day and instead of saying i'v given up smoking.. im saying.. im a non-smoker.. im not being deprived anything.. i am gaining so much!!! i'v never been like this, even when i quit for 2years.. i still thought i was missing out on something when i was in the company of smokers, but now i realise that it is the smokers that are missing out!!

its all in the book, if u read it u will totally understand where i am coming from!!

Hey huni... so glad it is goin well for you.. .. what does the book actually talk about tho? and is it expensive? i went in to look at gettin the patches and they cost about 20 quid!!! i think it wud ave to be sumit gud.. its funny how i wen off smoking like st8 away wen i was pregnant!! it was gr8.. i shud ov not went bak and smoked agen tho... ***

i bought the book 4under 7pound from amazon.co.uk... its hard to explain.. it just open up ur mind to smoking!! u already kno it but he makes u realise the truth!! he doesnt use health scares or anything like that.. he justs opens up ur mind!!! i had to read it twice but i have to say it has worked... i do not feel like im missing out on anyrhing like i used to when i'v quit in the past... its hard to explain!! its amazing tho.. it dont even bother me wen my hubby lights up!!! its great, i feel fantastic.. i kno it may sound far fetched and i think its good to be sceptical while ur reading it.. just give it a try coz ur not gonna lose anything... u may just gain the best thing eva... being a non-smoker again!!!

cool i will defo ave to try it then.. like u sed i avent got nething to loose...i'll let u know how it goes... hopefully i will be a non-smoker by the 1st of july when they are banning it in pubs and clubs..... bin smoking for like 3-4 years tho.. so it will be hard.. i know it is all in my mind.. but its also that whole having somthing in your hand...***

Hi huni.. yea me too atm aswell bin smoking for 2-3 years...guna give this book a try tho.... reckon u shud do the same.. afterall uve got nout to loose... ***

hello.. well just thought i'd let u kno how im getting on... still not had one.. but more amazingly.. not wanted one either!!! i smoked from 12 til 18.. then 20 til last week, so 10 years with 2 year break!!! during pregnancies!!! i hope it does work for u too... if needs be read the book more than once.. i had to read it twice!!!.. and will prob have to refer to it again!!! defo let me kno how u get on tho!!!!!
