aww bless you will be fine! i did it, and beleive me, everyone thought i never would! i was well addicted, so if i can do it, you can!
Think of your kiddies, they want a mummy, not a memory! thats another thing that made me give up!

i've been given up now for 12 weeks and feel great.
used microtabs to help still have the odd one when i'm craving which is rarely now.
i also found taking one day at a time really helped so i just said to myself every morning i am not going to have a cig today-sounds silly but it really helped and the days have added up sooo quickly

i gave up last march,i fell so much better in myself,i wish you all the luck in the world to do it.hope you have support from your family because that really helps.my kids kept telling me they want their mum around also that i smelt really bad

Thats good donna, being pregnant is wot made me give up, big excuse!

But i couldent even give up for the pregnancy straight away, i was 6 months when i gave up, it will be 2 years for me in august!

I started at a young and stupid age, i was 11 when i first tstarted to have a sneaky fag from a older friend etc,but it only really kicked in when i was about 12, i would get a box of ten and they would last me for 2-3 days lol, at 13 i was smoking about 10 a day! when i was 16 i smoked 30-40 a day as i hade a job for a year where i could work and smoke at the same time, one of those jobs, make u smoke more lol.

i finally got down to about 7-9 a day when i was about 24, im now almost 26, and do not regret a bit of it! im glad in a way i did smoke, as otherwise it would always bug me, wot do they tase like! :P

personally i would say after about 8 months, depends how badley u want to give up tho!

Ive tried quitting a few times and the longest I lasted was a week. I think the only way I could quit is if I do fall pregnant. Then I would stop straight away.

I quit for two weeks now and i snuck a few drags in one day at a friends house and then i was soooo sick. I had hot flashes and sweats and then i was soooooo sick never again I think im done for good. thats one way to quit.
