Glad your ok now, is scary as thats how my Grandma died a couple of years ago, she had a fit and fell into a diabetic coma and died so always worries me!

i had the ambulance out to me twice when i was pregnant with my 1st, so thats going back 7 years now, but im the same as u usurally, i always catch mine in time!! i woke up this morning feeling very dry, and i needed a wee wich is so not like me to wee at 5 am in the morning!! i thought i must be high, i went downstaires to get a injection, with out doing a blood test 1st, i just injected 15 units of nova in me, and went back to bed!! at 6.30 i was fitting!! all we can think of is that when i thought i was high, and did that 15 units, i wasent actrauly high!! when the ambulance got here, i was reading 2.1 but steve had already gave me 2 spoons of sugar, so i must of been 1 . summit !! how embarraseing to wake up to paramedics at the end of the bed!! i know it carnt be helped, but dam, its embarrasing!!

my mouth was all twistered any everything this morning!! never had one so bad!! scared the life out of poor tyler, as his never seen me like that b4!!

shit chic, thats scary. i always make sure if i feel low i test first just incase. on mon night i was 7.8. thtas usually ok for me but not this time. ant thought he was gonna have to take me the a n e as i could not walk, my legs were just agony but numb if the makes any sense.

yeah mate, i know wot u mean!! be carefull hun, as i know wot its like!! its not nice. its a horid numb feeling u get in ya legs. i get it in my legs and mouth when im comeing around after being really low. when ur comeing around after being really low, do u get the shivers and feel really cold!! i get it everytime!!

if you can understand wot i mean i get the shakes inside my body,but its not visible on the outside. my left leg came back tue morn, but my right one is still feeling cramped up and painful. do u have hypo stop?

I DO SHAKE AND people can see me shaking so know im cold!!

its a gel that can be squeezed in to your mouth when you are hypoing. it tastes cack but it works. you can ask your gp or diabetic nurse. i get the proper hypo shakes that you can see but when im coming out of it i get the inside shakes.
