im so sad i miss my mum she sould be here with me and my son she never got to meet him. it makes me cry when i see my dad with robert and my mum is not with him it has been more than 4 months that she has been gone and im as sad as ever.
but the one thing that makes me so upset is not having sammy with me i sould have 2 babys know not 1. i do not know how im going to tell robert one day about his sister.when my mum died sammy was with me all the time she went to say bye to her gran and ever thing with me but know all i have is my dad and my son. i feel cold and my heart is not full i sould be happy with my new son but i do not know how to be happy any more.

i just need to let this out and not keep it in any more im sorry

hi hun this is still so fresh sweet & it take a long time i can fully understand where your coming from as when benjamin was 4months old my brother committed suicide & it does like you say want to make you tear your heart out & feel so low. but you have a new little life now to enjoy & love & i know that you know that your mum would not want to see you like this. rememeber her with all the love you shared & find the strenth to get on with your little family. believe me it is there you just have to find it. i'm sure your mum would be looking down you all & watching you all & thinking what a beautiful job she made of you all. lok after yourself sweet & remember we are aleays here for you x

What it sounds like to me hun is that you are grieving and need someone to support you, like ur dad. You say he is all you've got left along with your son. Embrace that. Tell your dad how you are feeling and let him give you a great big hug.
It's tough losing the people you love babe but it does get easier. I know thats what everyone will say but each day you feel like this it will get a little less...
Make sure Robert does know about his big sister and his granny.
