day 1= ive had nothing for brekkie or dinner today, done a few hours hard work doing housewrok hovered everyroom and mopped the floors so i guess that classed as exercise
just make sure u eat breakfast...(even just a piece of fruit).. and lunch 2mo!!! u gotta eat properly to lose weight coz otherwise ur body stores all the fat wen u do eat just incase it is starved again!!! :smile:
You should have something for breakfast as it kick starts your motabilism to working for the whole day otherwise if you don't eat til lunchtime it's only burning calories for half a day! Good luck chicky!
well all ive had is my cornbeef panaklty for tea with 2 slices of bread with flora light on, i usually do have brekkie everyday but today i never was too busy doing housework
