like how many asthma sprays

hummm i took benjamin to his asthma review the other day & he's now on 3 asthma sprays as even tho he doesn't get it as much when he does get it,it's for a long period of time constant coughing & throwing up up to 2 weeks at a time which is knackering for us all. I have to go back in a mths time to see how i have got on with them & to see if they can combine the sprays. Does anyone else child suffer with asthma? ben has had it since he was 18mths old.

aw cant be easy for him can it, how does he handle it all? 3 pumps you say poor thing

hes really good to be honest & knows when he needs his blue spray but he gets so much mucus with it that he has to be physically sick to clear it ! usuall when e gets it he sleeps in our bed usually with me in the week so daz can get some sleep or work but hes permently got the bowl near him

can you not get a specail thing to clear the mucus like they have for babies?

it's just one of those things he has to live with but really annoys me that you get all these smack heads etc & women that smoke during thier pregnancies & go on to have healthy children where as i gave up smoking when i fel pregnant with both mine & ben still gets asthma

just the way it goes i suppose, he'll be alrite hopefuly he will grow out of it, is there nothing the docs can do for it then

that annoys me too because someone i know smoked and drank throughout her pregancy and her baby is fine and she said her midwife told her to stay on 20 a day because it will be more harmful for the baby if she stopped!!! talk about lying!! grrr winds me up

i hope they can combine them for him! xx

i'm hoping he'll grow out of it & think midwifes can be so confusing sometimes one min they are saying don't smoke etc & the next they say it wont harm
