Default mamabears diet diary!!!


Ok are you all ready for this, not sure if I am.

Not sure how much I weigh but I'am going to a slim club tonight so I'll be able to tell you later. I'am basically size 18 I'am 5 foot 2 inch in height.
My measurments are as follows:
upper arm: 13
Stomach: 43 and a half
Boobs: 42
Hips: 42
Thigh: 24 and a half.

So far today I've eaten:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix's, semi skimmed milk just to cover the weetabixs, handful of sultanas and one plum.
Lunch: 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 2oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, cucumber, tomato, cabbage, papaya, plum and kiwi.

Not sure what I'am having for supper yet but the kids are having fish fingers, baked beans, veg and baked potato followed by some fruit.

Oh yes I went to the gym for an hour today and did 30 minutes cardiovascular exerciese the rest I did toning exercises.

So far today I've walked: 7159 steps!!!

I'll let you know later how much I weigh and what I had for supper!!!

Keep up the good work ladies togetherwe will get slimmer!!!!

well done chick see i cant do the gym i like to do things at home each to their own!!!! keep it up hun we are rooting each other!!!

OK, so i went for my weigh in yesterday, I was horrifies 12 stone 11 and three quarters lbs.

Ok I walked 10151 steps yesterday and for supper I had:
squash, courgette, carrot, tuna in mayo and a Ryvita.

how's everyone else doing?

well im doing ok! taking ashley for a walk to my mums in a bit(normally its a bus ride to get there but im challenging myself!)

You go girl! Doing well with all those steps!! I eat what you ate in a day in 1 hour Stay strong and you will reach youre goal B4 you know it :smile:

Hi everyone I'am really sorry I've not been writing in this for ages but I've just started another job and I have no time to think at the mo. things are going great eventhough i;ve not weighed myself I can still feel i've lost weight those clothes are losser!!!! But I hate weekends I always seem to pile the pounds back on. Oh well good luck everyone else.
