well my bf bought something off eBay and he got a £50 postal order and the person turned around and said the item was broken so its no longer for sale but my bf had already written the persons name on it.

we have the reciept to prove we bought it but do you think if he took it to the post office and explained what happened they will give us the money back?

if u have the receipt and explain tht the item is no longer for sale I dont see why they shldnt refund it.
