Well ladies 1st of hii

Sorry for not posting as much been mega busy been working 9 - 6 monday - friday 39hour week (bloody knackerd!)
My question is..
Recently i have decied im going to get a monthly ticket for my local swimming pool and swim every monday, wednesday and thursday
Ive been looking around the net and some people say its good for losing weight and overs say it doesnt.
So my question do you think swimming is a good way to lose weight or not?
