well we went today!! It rained all the way there & round the animal reserve but stopped about 5 mins before we got of the coach. The kids loved it but have to say it was a let down
The snow cannons weren't working & the fun fair was closed so the only entertainment was sealion show which lasted 15 mins & a puppet show which lasted 10. Ohh & how could i forget santa lol. Then the whole party had to organise going to grotto because there was only 1 receipt & park wouldn't issue any more for us to go at different times, adults got a free hot choc or mulled wine & hot mince pie. But had to go to small restaurant & again the whole party at same time cos you got them with the receipt you need for santa. We didn't get off coach until 12 & were back on it at 2.50 cos there was nothing left to do, all people with kids were back by 3 but a young couple didn't retuern until 3.50, we were guessing what they'd been up to to use up their time lol. I didn't pay for it my mil did in the end & it cost her £110 in total for the 5 of us, have to say i did feel bad for her.
I've e-mailed them saying i feel really let down by todays events, oh & when we got there at 9.50 they wouldn't let us use loos cos park not open until 10am, we had to use some loos on car park which was a good 150 yards walk, with the kids! when we were allowed in the reserve gates were locked hehe
