Starting school

My eldest will be starting full-time school after the half term holidays. I'm finding it really daunting, but she's really excited. All she cares about is that she'll be having a dinner at school. Her younger sister is also dreading it as she knows she'll be at nursery by herself! I just can't believe how quickly they're all growing up!

She'll love it. I was worried when my eldest started school as he'd missed out on a nursery place, i have visions of him not settling. He loved it & was the first in his class who's mom didn't go in to help them take their coat off. That was his second day!! my youngest son is in nursery now & goes in by himself he's the only 1 out of 45 children. My daughter is exctly the same with playgroup. She goes to play n stay at sons nursery once a week & follows the routine of the children. There is now a war of words between the teachers to get her into their class
Once you get the first day over you'll be fine & i'm sure she'll love it

They always say that us mums are worse than the kids!! We are the ones stood at the gate crying and being told to go home hehe! Must be hard the first time you leave youre baby at nursery or school It will feel so weird not having Ruby by my side when she goes to school cos she is my little buddy. She is only 1 but before I know it she will be walking and talking and running into the school playground.

amy loves play school... and she doesnt even look twice wen i go... i even went for an hour on her 1st day and she dint notice wen i returned!! she starts nursery in september and i kno shes gonna love it!! and so wil i!! ha ha ha...
