hehe not sure hun. I know my friend's son when I changed him a few times when I baby sat he would get... excited. But I dont know if it means anything... Few days after bringing Mileena home she had like a mini period where she was bleeding a bit. It freaked me out as I didnt know but I rang the midwife straight away and told her and she said its perfectly fine... its her hormones going to normal... so might be the same for boys Not sure.
