I've had low iron ever since I was pregnant with Melissa, that was due to pregnancy. But now I have it due to my illnes and medication, I don't eat anything really with a lot of iron in so should take tabs but I won't, so I feel dizzy a lot and slightly tired, also if your low you can bruise easy, so I look like I've been in a fight lol! Apparantly foods with iron in are green veg and red meat, esp yucky liver!
