well guys things are still crap out here in sunny spain!! my mum came to see me last week but left 3 days early because she couldn't bear to see me so down. we have all had a massive argument. his parents aren't talking to me. i told him how i am feeling again but still he won't except i want to go home. and now he is acting like nothing has happened. is running round after me all the time and talking about going away for a weekend. and getting our own place after christmas. what more can i do! i told him that i didn't love him enough to want to stay and we havn't slept together in 6 weeks! i broke down to my mum last week and told her i couldn't do it anymore. she said that has to be my decision and she won't influence it in any way that's why she left. i have fought so hard and i am exhausted physically and mentally. we are flying back at christmas and i think me and jessica will just be going one way. i hate to do it to him as i do love him but i am becoming a shit mum and i can't take anymore. i have to do it amicable but it's not working he won't even consider it. do0es any one know my rights and what i should do. i am so scared of going to court! i'm scared of loosing my baby!!

soz to hear that chic. you need to be happy again and if he cant see that then you have to do it on your own. y are you scared of losing your baby. you are a fit mother so theres no reason why you should. if its got to the stage where even your mum can see you are unhappy,then it must be bad. chic just think about you and jessica not any one else. hope it all works out. we are all here for you.

hi hun did u hv ya baby in spain or the uk depends on the rights of the child and if uv had any reports from health visitors nd wot hv u? u r a good mum and down days week months we all hv, wen u cum bak at xmas go t legal aid and get sum free advice on how to stay here wiv out upsetting any one, if u rnt happy then thaz no reason t stay over there.hope u r ok hun take care.x

im so sorry to hear that things havent picked up!! u really do have to do wots best for u and jessica tho!! i kno it'l b hard and i hope u wont have any legal problems but mayb ur other half will realise just how down and ill things r making u!!

u'l get thru it hun... may not seem that way at the moment but once u reach a final decision ur life will begin to slot back in2 place!!
