Thought i was in Labour...

Hiya everyone as you's know im now nearly 30 weeks pregnant,well i had a bad experience on Wednesday. Me and boyfriend were going to Manchester to drop some things off for his friend but before that we had to call in Middlesbrough.
It was about 9:30am-10:00am and we went to Mc Donalds for some breakfast. I was waiting in the queue and i felt wierd i went into the toilets and just as i was pulling my trousers down quite abit of watery fluid came out i was so scared incase it was my waters breaking . I went out to the car park were my boyfriend was and phoned my midwife and explained to her what happened she said it sounded like some have my waters have broken and i had to go straight to middlesbrough James Cook hospital so we went they although i wasnt in any pain i was in shock. We got there and i explained again but the midwife couldnt do anything without my maternity notes. So i had to go all the way to Hartlepool to get my notes from my house and go to Hartlepool hospital. Again i explained to them and they sent me straight to get a scan were i seen my little girl. Everything was so perfect about her. I got told it was just some of the fluid what came out and they was nothing to worry about. Thank god.
But now im ok, hopefully i wont get a scare like that until im due.

Oh i'm pleased that everything is fine with you. When i was pregnant my waters were leaking for about 4 weeks before i had her. I told the midwife what was happening & she put it down to bladder incontinence. It wasn't until my waters broke with my daughter that i was told that it was fluid not urine. I hope that she doesn't give you anymore scares though :smile: :smile: Take care x

Im soo excited i cant wait im counting the days down now. LOL
Just hope she doesnt scare me again until the big day.

I know, Ive started to get my stretchmarks now on the front of my stomach Nevermind she will be worth it in the end. But you can be my number one babysitter if you want

oh i love babies that i can give bk lol my friend is due the end of may and shes allready calling on me to help her out lol u have to fight her for me lol

What date is she due. Im due 29th/30th May ( the midwife gave me a date and so did the ultrasound scan women)
If she is due first i will let her off but if not then she lost you She will have to find another babysitter
